Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Cluegroup s.c. Justyna Zienkiewicz, Magdalena Bród, Al. Armii Krajowej 53/404, 50-541 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID PL8992846418 (“Cluegroup”, “we”).

When you email or call us
We process your e-mail address or phone number, your name if you give it, and whatever you include in your message, for example the address of your website.
- Why: to reply, to prepare a review or a quote and to discuss working together.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling and keeping correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: for as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for as long as we may need the correspondence to establish or defend legal claims. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
If we start working together, invoices and accounting records are kept for five years from the end of the tax year, as Polish tax law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Website statistics (Google Analytics 4)
If you click Accept statistics, we load Google Analytics 4 to learn how many people visit the site, where they come from, which sections they view and whether they click our e-mail address or phone number. This helps us see what is useful to visitors.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings; this does not affect processing that took place before.
- What we switched off: Google signals and advertising personalisation. Statistics are not used to show you ads.
- How long: event-level data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
- Who provides it: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as our processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
If you choose Necessary only or do not respond to the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
